Package-level declarations

Random-access view over a byte buffer with explicit endian-aware getters. Mirrors the JS DataView API surface used by earth.worldwind.formats.geotiff.GeoTiffReader / earth.worldwind.formats.geotiff.TiffIFDEntry / earth.worldwind.formats.geotiff.GeoTiffUtil so the same parsing code compiles on every KMP target. Indices and read sizes are validated up front; reads past the end throw IndexOutOfBoundsException.

Coarse file-extension → MIME type, shared by the archive readers (SLPK / 3TZ / .3dtiles). Advisory only — content dispatch still routes on magic bytes. Returns null for an unrecognised extension so each caller can apply its own default (e.g. a texture reader defaulting unknown types to JPEG).
